By the looks of the orange clown it is young and it would surprise me if it was completely to blame tbh. You should be able to pair it and by getting a smaller b&w should work, using a acclimation box if possible. But if your convinced the one you have now is the problem it would be much easier to just swap her out and try again with a young pair.
The Disney movie "Finding Nemo" left out a few fascinating details about clownfish. As North Carolina State fish biologist Patrick Cooney wrote on his blog The Fisheries: Father and mother Care Level: Moderate. Diet: Omnivore. Maximum body size: 3 inches. Temperament: Peaceful. Recommended tank size: 20 gallon. In contrast to other species of clownfish, the ocellaris clownfish are wonderful tankmates because they are so peaceful. They are omnivorous and can live in reef environments. Clownfish are attractive little coral fish which live among the stinging tentacles of a sea anemone. Clownfish are able to change their sex and this adaptation allows these reef fish to spawn without waiting for a mate of the appropriate sex to arrive at the anemone. The ability to change sex also means that individual fish do not need to leave
To adapt to a new environment, Clownfish has immunity over anemone poison. They also have a unique body structure, and they utilize the process of reproduction and early detection of their enemy to live a stable life in a new environment. As you read on, you will be able to learn the ways how this fish species quickly adapt to a new environment
