The Maximum income of 2400+ groschen per day is just over 20 pounds of silver per day. and a "knight's income" is often taken as 40 per year. This makes the farm for the Pribyslavitz settlement worth some 200 "knight's incomes" - and completely breaks the purpose stated for the settlement as a cash sink.
